CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the cancellation will need to be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services. You have a 10 minute grace period if you happen to be late to your appointment. After the 10 minute mark your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% of the service fee.
